I teach people 7 principles of money management and mindset mastery so they conquer financial obstacles and overcome what’s holding them back!
The rules of money have changed; in fact just in the last five years, there have been more changes to the way we manage money, deal with debt, save for the future, and consume credit than in the last twenty years combined.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a stay at home mom running a small business or a Corporate executive earning a six-figure salary; even in “the new economy,” there are still financial fundamentals that are universal and unchanging which cannot be ignored. And when they are forgotten or not known in the first place it leads to constant confusion about money and possibly even financial failure.
Much like physical fitness, I believe that financial fitness has more to do with the things you do regularly and the choices that you make consistently over time rather than the “quick fix” things you do every-now-and-then or when you’re in a jam.
Albert Einstein said, “You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it.” Simply put, you’ve got to learn something different to get a different result.
There are few money myths more dangerous than the one that says, “All I need is more money and my problems will all go away.” You might have heard of the millionaire lotto winner who is flat broke within a few years of “hitting it big” or possibly you know someone who looks “successful” but never seems to have any money.
The reality is, not all money problems can be magically fixed by having more money. A great income is no more a sign of financial fitness than is living paycheck to paycheck a sure sign of financial disaster. It’s not about good or bad luck either. Actually, your mindset has a lot more to do with your bank balance than you might realize.
The 7 step process I teach offers straightforward and simple steps that address the root cause and not just the symptoms that keep showing up in your financial life like a bad cold.
You don’t need to be someone who is facing a financial crisis to want to get control of your finances, but you do need to have a nagging and persistent issue with money you’ve been experiencing for way too long. That’s because you’ve got to be more than motivated to put in the necessary work to get freedom from financial frustration.
If you feel like you ” just can’t seem to get it right when it comes to money,” you’re not alone. For tips, tools and techniques to help you go from financial frustration to financial fitness go to www.FinancialFitnessCoach.com
